Schowalter Villa an award winning Continuing Care Retirement campus in Hesston, Kansas is seeking a Vice President of Independent Living and Business Development. Schowalter Villa is one of the largest single site CCRC in the Wichita marketplace providing services to over 435 residents on our campus. Responsibilities will include oversight and management of Independent Living community of 300 residents, oversight of Community Wellness Center 1,200 members, business development for organization, and oversight of several other departments on our campus.
